Nálezy ohrožených a vzácných druhů pavouků (Araneae) a sekáčů (Opiliones) z vybraných chráněných území v ČR

Records of endangered and rare species of spiders and harvestmen from selected protected areas in Czech Republic

Abstrakt

V rámci projektu Monitoring a mapování vybraných druhů a inventarizace maloplošně chráněných území financovaný z Evropské unie v rámci Operačního programu životního prostředí, probíhaly v letech 2018–2023 ve vybraných maloplošně chráněných územích průzkumy brouků a epigeických predátorů za pomoci zemních pastí. Z těchto průzkumů byl získán i materiál pavoukovců. Celkem bylo získáno a určeno 10358 jedinců pavouků patřících do 247 druhů a 19 čeledí a 597 jedinců sekáčů patřících do 12 druhů a 5 čeledí. Celkem 44 druhů pavouků a 3 druhy sekáčů náleželo do Červeného seznamu. Dva druhy kriticky ohrožené (Gnaphosa modestior, Titanoeca spominima), 13 druhů ohrožených (např. Alopecosa pinetorum, Dasumia carpatica, Cheiracanthium elegans, Xysticus lineatus) a 29 druhů zranitelných (např. Arctosa lutetiana, Kratochviella bicapitata, Trichoncus affinis). Tři druhy sekáčů byly z kategorie zranitelný druh (Dicranolasma scabrum, Ischyropsalis manicata a Paranemastoma kochi).

Abstract

Gathering such information is a part of the project entitled as Monitoring and Mapping of the Selected Wild Plant and Animal Species and Inventory of Small-size Specially Protected Areas in Nationally Important Sites / Areas in the Czech Republic funded by the Operational Programme “Environment” (OPE) financed from the European Union’s budget and co-financed from national sources. Spiders and harvestmen were obtained from the project during the years 2018-2023. Majority of material were obtained from ground pitfall traps. Altogether, 10358 spider specimens from 247 species from 19 families and 575 harvestmen specimen from 13 species from 5 families were recorded, included many rare and endangered species. Altogether 44 species were from Czech spider redlist, two are critically endangered (Gnaphosa modestior, Titanoeca spominima), 13 endangered (e. g. Alopecosa pinetorum, Dasumia carpatica, Cheiracanthium elegans, Xysticus lineatus) and 29 vulnerable (e. g. Arctosa lutetiana, Kratochviella bicapitata, Trichoncus affinis). Three species of harvestmen – Dicranolasma scabrum, Ischyropsalis manicata and Paranemastoma kochi are vulnerable and rare.
