Článek představuje návrh strategie trvale udržitelného managementu nížinných lužních lesů v České republice na základě pojetí těchto lesních ekosystémů, začleněných v soustavě Natura 2000, v historickém i krajinně-ekologickém konceptu a s využitím vlastních zkušeností autora z praxe v CHKO Litovelské Pomoraví. Za základ strategie trvalého udržení biodiverzity našich lužních lesů v údolních nivách je zde považována teorie dynamické fluviální sukcesní série nivních biotopů v rámci ekologického nivního fenoménu.
Abstract
The article deals with historical context, landscape issues and management of lowland floodplain forest ecosystems in the Czech Republic. Based on the presented analyses and experiences of the author from Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area (central Moravia, Czech Republic), a series of management measures are proposed in order to respect the dynamics of fluvial succession series of floodplain forest habitats, which are included in the Natura 2000 network.
