Mapping Results of the Narrow Mouthed Whorl Snail (Vertigo angustior) Distribution in Seven Regions of the Czech Republic

Abstrakt

V textu publikujeme souhrn nových nálezů vrkoče útlého (Vertigo angustior), učiněných v sedmi krajích České republiky v rámci mapování prováděného v letech 2012–2015 spolkem Zamenis. Druh byl nově zjištěn na 41 lokalitách v 31 mapovacích kvadrátech. Všechny lokality byly mokřadního a otevřeného charakteru s geologickým podložím dostatečně zásobeným bázemi.

Abstract:

We are publishing a summary of new records of the narrow mouthed whorl snail (Vertigo angustior) in seven regions of the Czech Republic gathered during the mapping carried out between 2012 and 2015 by the Zamenis association. The species was found in 41 localities and 31 mapping quadrates. All localities were open wetlands on base-rich soils.
